Baahubali 2 is setting the new records at the box office. SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion has become the first Indian film to cross the Rs 1000 crore milestone at the international box office. Lead actor Prabhas expressed his gratitude on Facebook. 37-years-old actor shared an emotional note for fans and also thanked director Rajamouli for giving him a character of a lifetime like ‘Baahubali’.

I have tried my best to go through a lot of the efforts that you all have put to express your affection for me from different parts of India and even overseas. I am truly overwhelmed with everything. Bahubali 2 has become the highest grossing of all time in Bollywood and has not only broken records of ‘Dangal’ and ‘PK’ but has set the new records in the first week of its release. The high-budget movie has also officially become the highest grossing Indian film at the US box-office.
The film has received positive reviews and will soon be released in Japanese and Chinese. "And with this last leg of promotion in london my job with Baahubali film series is completely over.
