The combination is good for body builders and people who wish to gain weight and need energy for high-intensity work. However, it is not recommended for people with allergies like asthma as it creates mucus which leads to breathing disorders.
5) Tea and Yogurt
The reason why you should avoid this combination is that both are acidic and it affects disturb the balance inside the body and it might affect digestion.
