The winner’s list of 64th National Film Awards was announced on Friday. The chairperson of the jury in feature films was the Prominent Filmmaker Priyadarshan while award-winning cinematographer and writer Raju Misra was the chairperson in non-feature category. The award ceremony will take place on May 3 at the Vigyan Bhawan.

Zaira Wasim Wins Best Supporting Actress For Dangal
Kashmir-born Zaira Wasim, who played in Aamir Khan's Dangal has won her first national award. She was given the award for the best-supporting actress for Dangal. Her performance playing the role of gold medal-winning Indian wrestler Geeta Phogat was widely appreciated by critics and audience alike.
